QA QC Engineer — Role Overview
You will own quality compliance across M&E disciplines, ensuring subcontractor systems align with project standards and driving continuous improvement across the site team. This is a hands-on engineering role with direct impact on project delivery and system integrity.
QA QC Engineer — Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to verify QC implementation across site operations
• Ensure QMS objectives are achieved for Mechanical and Electrical disciplines
• Drive understanding and adherence to quality policies among on-site teams
• Evaluate and approve subcontractor quality systems and plans for compliance
• Provide hands-on guidance to site staff to improve quality performance and project feasibility
• Identify non-conformances and lead corrective action processes
• Maintain documentation and reporting for quality assurance records
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering leads on quality milestones
QA QC Engineer — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Proven experience in Data Centre project delivery
• Strong background in scheduling, programming, and sequencing
• Demonstrated ability to implement and audit quality management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for multi-stakeholder environments
Desirable:
• Professional quality certification (CQI/IRCA, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
• Previous experience working with Tier-1 contractors or EPC firms
• Familiarity with Finnish or EU construction regulations
