Integration Manager — Role Overview

This role sits at the heart of project delivery, acting as the central coordination point between all disciplines. You will drive alignment across design, MEP, CSA, and client teams while ensuring seamless handover from construction through commissioning.

Integration Manager — Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and report on planning and execution of all integration requirements across project phases
  • Serve as single point of contact for managing and reporting on integration scopes, milestones, and deliverables
  • Identify, document, and manage construction phasing deliverables across all CSA and MEP systems
  • Provide bi-weekly progress reports covering design, procurement, execution, and handover stages
  • Develop and maintain the Integration Execution Plan to align project activities and objectives
  • Chair internal and client integration meetings, driving collaboration and accountability
  • Oversee compliance with the Telecom Material Procurement Process
  • Coordinate with client on snagging, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure timely completion
  • Participate in weekly design workgroups and workshops, providing integration input and updates
  • Facilitate installation scheduling and site onboarding, including H&S compliance and method statements
  • Champion Health & Safety compliance across all integration activities

Integration Manager — Ideal Candidate

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' proven on-site project management experience in construction
  • Strong understanding of MEP and CSA coordination in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Experience delivering data centre or pharmaceutical projects preferred
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Telecommunications design and installation experience
