We are seeking a Senior HR Coordinator for a 12-month contract at a leading contractor's Dublin headquarters. This is a high-impact operational role managing HR processes across Ireland and Europe, offering immediate responsibility and exposure to international HR operations.

HR Coordinator — Role Overview
This hands-on position sits at the heart of HR operations, supporting 200+ employees across multiple jurisdictions. You will be the operational engine ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management—from offer to exit—while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
HR Coordinator — Responsibilities
• Prepare, issue, and ensure completion of employee contracts and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
• Facilitate new employee orientation and manage onboarding materials
• Post job openings, source candidates, and coordinate interview scheduling
• Process Work Permit applications and manage relocation arrangements
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with strict confidentiality and GDPR compliance
• Serve as point of contact for statutory leave, maintaining accurate records and reporting
• Manage the HR Mailbox, directing queries and monitoring trends to recommend service improvements
• Support employee engagement initiatives and action resignations, equipment returns, and exit interviews
• Coordinate training sessions, maintain attendance records, and prepare training materials
• Ensure data integrity for HR reporting and assist with payroll processing to strict deadlines
• Monitor absence records and liaise with line management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Health & Wellbeing strategy implementation
HR Coordinator — Ideal Candidate
Essential
• Relevant degree with 2+ years HR experience
• Proven ability to organise, prioritise, and deliver in a busy operational HR environment
• Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated ability handling confidential and sensitive information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging employees at all levels
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive team player with initiative
Desirable
• Experience with Irish and European employment legislation
• Prior exposure to work permit and relocation processes
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and data-driven reporting
