Enterprise Risk Manager — Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to lead risk management activities across the company. You will work with all levels of management to identify key strategic and operational risks, ensuring their active management and promoting a risk-aware culture.
Enterprise Risk Manager — Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting management in identifying, assessing, and managing key risks impacting the company's reputation, strategic objectives, and financial well-being.
- Designing and managing a risk management framework responsive to emerging risks.
- Developing and implementing best-in-class risk management policies, procedures, and ways of working.
- Championing a strong risk culture by promoting risk awareness and ownership across the organization.
- Assisting all levels in understanding their risk profiles and integrating risk thinking into decision-making.
- Ensuring an integrated and consistent approach to risk management across the business.
- Designing and delivering training workshops and communications to build risk literacy and engagement.
- Creating and delivering a cohesive and efficient monitoring and reporting framework.
- Supporting the company in maintaining fit-for-purpose business continuity and crisis management plans.
- Collaborating with other second-line functions towards a mature integrated assurance model.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Qualifications in business, finance, risk management, or equivalent.
