Electrical Construction Manager - 01 — Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead the electrical installation phase of complex data centre projects. You will be the on-site authority, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver installations on time, on budget, and to exacting quality standards.
Electrical Construction Manager - 01 — Responsibilities
• Develop and execute detailed construction plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and sequencing of electrical installations
• Coordinate procurement and commissioning of equipment, ensuring specifications and quality standards are met
• Direct and manage large site-based electrical teams and subcontractors, enforcing safety compliance and productivity
• Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout equipment installation and testing phases
• Monitor and control project costs, tracking materials, labour, and equipment to maintain budget adherence
• Drive programme delivery, identifying and resolving delays to keep installation milestones on track
• Proactively identify and mitigate construction risks before they impact project outcomes
• Serve as primary on-site liaison between client, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including as-built records, variations, and compliance certificates
• Ensure full adherence to Dutch building codes, permits, and legal requirements throughout construction phase
Electrical Construction Manager - 01 — Ideal Candidate
Essential
- Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years' experience in an Electrical Construction Manager or equivalent role
- Proven track record managing large site-based electrical teams within an M&E contractor environment
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Desirable
- Direct experience delivering data centre or critical infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with Dutch regulatory environment and construction practices
