EHS Advisor / Manager - Eskilstuna — Role Overview
This is a hands-on site-based EHS role overseeing all environmental, health and safety operations for a major data centre build. You will be the primary safety authority on site, ensuring full legislative compliance and driving a proactive safety culture across contractors and project teams.
EHS Advisor / Manager - Eskilstuna — Responsibilities
• Oversee full project compliance with the contractor's Safety Management System and PSCS Environmental, Health & Safety Plans
• Develop construction stage plans and maintain project execution plan adherence
• Produce H&S reports and analyse key safety metrics for senior management
• Lead the development of method statements, risk assessments, safe plans of action, and permits to work
• Conduct regular site audits and inspections, documenting results and tracking corrective actions
• Manage ongoing C.O.S.H.H assessments and hazardous substance controls
• Coordinate contractor induction and training programmes, ensuring PPE resourcing
• Investigate accidents and incidents, delivering timely reports to project leadership
• Maintain statutory inspection records and documentation systems
• Drive proactive safety interventions and embed best practice across all site operations

• Relevant third-level degree in Environmental, Health & Safety
• 3+ years' experience managing EHS on large construction sites
