CSA Project Manager (Structural) 01 — Role Overview
This is a critical leadership position driving the CSA workstream on a complex data centre build. You will take ownership of structural steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing packages from procurement through to final handover, reporting directly to the Project Director.
CSA Project Manager (Structural) 01 — Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all CSA work packages including structural steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing from design through completion
• Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
• Analyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slippage
• Review and evaluate construction proposals, pricing, and scopes of work
• Lead client meetings and facilitate required project meetings
• Monitor construction cost factors and prepare detailed cost reports
• Apply procurement expertise to manage long-lead equipment and material requirements
• Review, validate, and audit cost estimates from subcontractors and internal teams
• Support engineering decisions on cost and budget during design-build changes
• Track and ensure timely delivery and installation of CSA materials and equipment
• Coordinate scheduling consultant reviews throughout the project lifecycle
• Review and approve invoices, payment applications, and retention payments
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to deliver safely, on time, and within budget
• Oversee project close-out with full documentation and warranty transfer
CSA Project Manager (Structural) 01 — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
• Minimum 8+ years' experience in CSA/structural project management, engineering, or project delivery
• Proven track record managing structural steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing packages on major projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; project management software experience beneficial
Highly Desirable:
• Direct Data Centre project experience
• Familiarity with European construction regulations and standards
