CSA Project Manager — Role Overview
This role is critical for ensuring the successful delivery of CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) aspects of assigned projects. You will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
CSA Project Manager — Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Liaising with key stakeholders to deliver all aspects of assigned projects.
- Developing project execution strategies and site logistics plans.
- Developing and implementing project schedules, coordinating with all trades and CSA works.
- Developing and implementing project costs and budget plans.
- Reviewing, signing-off, and implementing project quality and EHS management plans.
- Managing and motivating project construction and engineering teams.
- Developing and agreeing submission and approvals process with client / design consultants.
- Developing and monitoring material procurement schedules.
- Selecting and appointing project sub-contractors and supply chain.
- Chairing weekly internal team, supplier, and sub-contractor meetings.
- Overseeing project cost / revenue control and reporting performance.
- Attending client / project management meetings.
- Liaising with sub-contractor and supplier senior management.
- Liaising with client design teams and building contractor teams.
- Developing and implementing test and commissioning procedures.
CSA Project Manager — Ideal Candidate
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar CSA Project Management position.
- Professional project management qualifications or a trade qualification.
- Understanding of all associated safety code related requirements.
- Experience in Health & Safety Risk Assessments and Control Measures.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Experience in Project Management principles & delivering DC project upgrade works.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent motivational and influencing skills, with high levels of personal integrity.
- Ability to communicate technical and business problems in a non-technical manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
- Willingness to travel and work abroad.
