CSA Project Manager — Role Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role driving the complete CSA workstream on a critical mission-critical facility. You will take ownership of structural steel, concrete, cladding and roofing packages from procurement through to final handover, reporting directly to the Project Director.

CSA Project Manager — Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all CSA work packages including structural steel, concrete, cladding and roofing from design through construction to close-out
• Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets with full accountability for successful delivery
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors and consultants ensuring safety, quality and programme compliance
• Analyse, track and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slippage
• Review and evaluate construction proposals, pricing and scopes of work
• Lead client meetings and facilitate project governance sessions
• Monitor construction cost factors and prepare detailed cost reports
• Manage procurement methods and long-lead equipment requirements
• Review, validate and audit cost estimates from subcontractors and internal teams
• Support engineering decisions on cost and budget during design-build changes
• Track and ensure timely delivery and installation of CSA materials and equipment
• Coordinate scheduling consultant reviews throughout project lifecycle
• Review and approve invoices, payment applications and retention payments
• Oversee project close-out with complete documentation and warranty transfer

CSA Project Manager — Ideal Candidate

Essential:
• Minimum 8+ years' experience in CSA Project Management, Engineering or Project Delivery
• Proven track record managing structural steel, concrete, cladding and roofing packages on major projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Office

Highly Desirable:
• Data Centre project experience
• Experience with project management software
• Excellent organisational, communication and time management capabilities
