CSA Lead — Role Overview
This pivotal role places you at the centre of a high-profile data centre development, directing all CSA activities and ensuring seamless integration with MEP and commissioning teams. You will establish systems, lead stakeholders, and drive quality and safety performance from day one.
CSA Lead — Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the complete delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural elements from design through to handover
• Direct the setup and implementation of CSA activities, establishing best-practice reporting, documentation, and scheduling systems from project outset
• Manage project budgets, costs, labour resources, and overall performance tracking
• Coordinate closely with Client, Design Teams, and Project Management on scope, quality, and programme alignment
• Maintain ongoing client satisfaction through clear communication on progress, cost, and delivery milestones
• Coordinate overall project sequencing to ensure timely delivery of the CSA package
• Proactively monitor Health & Safety compliance and promote strong safety culture across all statutory and company requirements
• Drive and monitor quality performance, ensuring project standards and client expectations are consistently achieved
• Support integration with MEP and Commissioning teams, ensuring alignment of CSA works with project interfaces and overall programme requirements
CSA Lead — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
• Degree in Construction, Civil, Structural, or Engineering discipline
• Proven experience in CSA leadership role on large-scale Data Centre or industrial projects within contracting environment
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and coordination of CSA works in high-technology environments
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and relevant project management tools
• Demonstrated leadership capability – able to delegate effectively, prioritise workloads, lead productive meetings, and act as role model

• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Proactive, diligent, and solutions-focused approach with strong eye for detail
