CSA Engineer 01 — Role Overview
This is a hands-on technical coordination role overseeing Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) delivery. You will be the critical link between design, quality and site operations—ensuring zero-defect handovers on a complex, fast-track programme.
CSA Engineer 01 — Responsibilities
• Oversee all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) elements, ensuring quality, safety and programme compliance
• Carry out quality inspections and maintain control benchmarks against approved standards
• Coordinate directly with QA managers to ensure timely contractor documentation submission
• Track subcontractor progress against schedule and chair regular progress meetings
• Manage comprehensive site documentation and reporting systems
• Attend and contribute to Site Meetings, Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews and lookahead planning sessions
• Review drawings with design engineers and resolve technical issues proactively
• Monitor contractor works against approved drawings and specifications, raising snags on approved platforms
• Conduct follow-up inspections and issue close-out reports per QMS requirements
CSA Engineer 01 — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience on large-scale construction or data centre projects
• Strong technical knowledge of CSA construction methodologies and QA/QC processes
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and drive works to programme
• Competent reading, reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in construction management platforms for snagging, documentation and reporting
Desirable:
• Data centre or mission-critical facility experience
• Health & Safety compliance certification
