BIM Information Manager — Role Overview

This hands-on, onsite position places you at the centre of information management strategy for a Tier-1 contractor. You will own the Common Data Environment, standardise reporting through Power BI, and embed ISO19650 standards across all project delivery.

BIM Information Manager — Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build) platform across all company operations, including RFIs, Reviews, Technical Submittals and Asset management
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes ensuring project teams maximise ACC Build capabilities
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for information management and platform usage
• Ensure full ISO19650 compliance across the Common Data Environment and all digital workflows
• Oversee CDE setup, implementation and continuous improvement of information management procedures
• Design and standardise company-wide reporting dashboards using Power BI and ACC platform data
• Monitor platform adoption and troubleshoot issues to ensure consistent, best-practice usage
• Act as the primary authority on digital information standards, advising project teams and leadership

BIM Information Manager — Ideal Candidate

Essential:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
• 5+ years' construction industry experience
• Deep, practical expertise in ACC Build (Autodesk Construction Cloud) — mandatory hands-on experience with RFIs, Reviews, Technical Submittals, Assets and full platform functionality
• Thorough working knowledge of ISO19650 Building Information Management standards
• Proven track record managing Common Data Environment setup, implementation and procedures

Desirable:
• Microsoft Power BI experience for reporting and data analytics
