Accommodation Co-Ordinator — Role Overview

This is a critical support function ensuring seamless workforce mobility for a Tier-1 data centre contractor. You will coordinate all travel and accommodation arrangements for project teams, directly impacting operational efficiency across multiple live sites.

Accommodation Co-Ordinator — Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accommodation requests for employees and executives, aligning with project schedules and deadlines
• Arrange appropriate hotel reservations and long-term apartment placements
• Coordinate directly with landlords, estate agents, and property providers
• Liaise with travel agencies and booking platforms for flights, hotels, and rental cars
• Prepare detailed itineraries for project personnel
• Maintain accurate accommodation records, databases, and tracking spreadsheets
• Verify and process landlord/agency invoices on a weekly basis
• Produce high-quality monthly accommodation reports for payroll processing
