Success Factors Analyst — Role Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience configuring, supporting, and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors suite. You will be embedded within the Group IT SAP Team, playing a key role in driving HR digital transformation.
Success Factors Analyst — Responsibilities
As a SuccessFactors Analyst Intern, you will:
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, and Compensation.
- Ensure system stability and alignment with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
- Maintain data integrity and optimize configurations for daily operations.
- Support replication & integration between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with strategic goals.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance HR processes.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements.
- Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices.
- Contribute to testing and validation during release cycles.
Success Factors Analyst — Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Skilled in system configuration, user support, and troubleshooting
- Experienced with HRIS integration tools and data flows
- Strong analytical skills and process improvement focus
- Collaborative team player, able to work with internal and external stakeholders
Desirable:
- Knowledge in time and attendance and SAP payroll
- Experience in a SuccessFactors implementation project
- Exposure or knowledge of S4
- MS Access knowledge
