Structural Lead — Role Overview
This is a pivotal leadership position driving the structural workstream of a significant data centre development. You will establish frameworks, direct site operations, and ensure delivery excellence across cost, quality, safety and programme objectives.
Structural Lead — Responsibilities
• Direct the setup and execution of all structural activities, implementing best-practice documentation, reporting protocols and schedules from day one
• Manage project costs, budgets, labour planning, commissioning procedures and overall performance metrics
• Drive continuous engagement with client and design team stakeholders to optimise project delivery
• Oversee client satisfaction across cost, scope and programme commitments
• Proactively monitor health & safety processes and cultivate positive team culture and behaviours
• Ensure quality targets are achieved and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle
• Build robust relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers to protect and advance project interests
Structural Lead — Ideal Candidate
Essential
• Degree in construction, engineering or related technical discipline
• Proven track record delivering CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) elements within a contracting environment
• First-class leadership skills with demonstrated ability to delegate, prioritise workloads and run productive meetings
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Desirable
• Data centre or mission-critical facility experience
• Previous work in Nordic markets or international construction environments
