Site Administrator — Role Overview
As Site Administrator, you will be pivotal in maintaining compliance, managing documentation, and supporting project teams. Your organizational skills will contribute directly to the efficient execution of project activities.
Site Administrator — Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring full compliance with the client's operational management system to achieve commercial contract KPIs.
- Closing out maintenance jobs by receiving contractor reports and uploading them to the client’s maintenance management tool.
- Managing documentation and requests from various teams, ensuring correct archiving and tracking.
- Sorting, storing, retrieving, and controlling technical documentation and contractual information.
- Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and standards, and is shared at key times.
- Retrieving documents and data quickly and efficiently.
- Producing reports showing weekly movement of reports, including live, completed, ongoing, and not-yet-started reports.
Site Administrator — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
- Strong administration experience
- Fluent in English
- PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to manage all site paperwork
- Excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Pride in the quality and presentation of work
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry
- SAP experience
- Experience with GRN and process of goods receiving.
