Site Administrator — Role Overview

This Site Administrator role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the construction site. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting both the project team and site personnel.

Site Administrator — Responsibilities

As a Site Administrator, you will:

  • Manage timesheet processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for all site personnel.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Oversee vehicle management, including maintaining the vehicle register and processing driving applications.
  • Handle accommodation-related queries for site staff, escalating issues as needed.
  • Track site personnel movements for accurate subsistence reporting and expense processing.
  • Maintain site office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels of stationery and other essential items.
  • Provide administrative support to the Site Project Manager and other team members as required.
  • Assist with document control tasks, including filing and maintaining project documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact between head office and site staff, addressing queries and relaying information.
  • Take minutes of meetings.
