Site Administrator — Role Overview

As Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the construction site. You will be responsible for a wide array of administrative, logistical, and communication tasks, supporting both the project team and the wider organization.

Site Administrator — Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing timesheet administration, tracking hours, and liaising with site management and payroll.
  • Reviewing team expenses and ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders.
  • Organizing and maintaining data, generating reports, and handling administrative duties.
  • Controlling office supplies, placing orders, and overseeing office space.
  • Maintaining trackers, issuing reports, and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Welcoming new hires, providing administrative support, and introducing them to the team.
  • Working with the IT team to manage IT supplies and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
  • Ensuring employee travel arrangements meet requirements and company policies.

Site Administrator — Ideal Candidate

Essential:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint).
