Site Admin (Commissioning) — Role Overview
This is a hands-on site administration role supporting commissioning activities on live construction projects. You will be the central hub for document control, ensuring seamless information flow between engineering teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Site Admin (Commissioning) — Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Admin to manage commissioning documentation on a major data centre project in Helsinki. You will:
• Control and distribute all project documentation through the Integrated Management System
• Ensure drawings, schedules, specifications, contract letters, submittals, RFIs and reports reach the right stakeholders
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date document registers and version control
• Facilitate access to required documents for all project parties
• Support the commissioning team with administrative and coordination tasks
• Uphold documentation standards and compliance requirements
Site Admin (Commissioning) — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
• Prior experience in a site-based administrative or document control role
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable:
• Experience with knowledge sharing applications / document management systems
• Familiarity with construction or commissioning environments
• Understanding of Integrated Management Systems
