Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist — Role Overview

This is a hands-on, high-impact role driving talent acquisition for one of the most active sectors in European construction. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and commercial hires, working directly with hiring managers and project teams to deliver critical resourcing for live and upcoming data centre projects.

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist — Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Commercial disciplines across Ireland and European projects
• Partner with hiring managers to develop resourcing plans and workforce strategies aligned to project delivery
• Design and execute targeted sourcing campaigns via LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards and referrals
• Manage multiple concurrent recruitment campaigns from requisition to offer in a high-volume environment
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes with project stakeholders
• Oversee recruitment agency PSLs, ensuring compliance and commercial performance
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience with clear communication on process, timelines and offers
• Represent the employer at job fairs, industry events and university partnerships
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical technical and commercial roles

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist — Ideal Candidate

Essential:
• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within construction, engineering or infrastructure sectors
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple roles and stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn, industry networks and direct channels
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills with technical and commercial audiences
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics tools

Desirable:
• Experience managing recruitment PSLs and vendor relationships
• Existing network within Irish or European construction/engineering markets
• Knowledge of data centre or critical infrastructure project environments
