Senior Planner — Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Planner to lead the planning management function for a key project within the data centre team located in Dublin. This role involves setting the standard for planning and project controls, developing consistent approaches, and producing regular performance reports.
Senior Planner — Responsibilities
- Lead development of the baseline contract programme across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Prepare construction target programmes and tender event programmes.
- Maintain electronic files and manage planning documents.
- Develop 4D graphical models or 2D phasing plans as needed.
- Engage with supply chain to develop project programmes and assess risks.
Senior Planner — Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in live data centre construction projects.
- Advanced Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject training.
- Strong understanding of Earned Value Management and quantitative risk assessment.
- Relevant degree or diploma in construction management or related field.
