As a Senior BIM Modeller, you will lead and mentor junior BIM staff while playing a pivotal role in improving BIM processes. Your contributions will be crucial in producing detailed 3D construction models and resolving coordination issues.
Senior BIM Modeller — Responsibilities
As Senior BIM Modeller, you will:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior BIM staff and peers.
- Solve complex problems encountered by the BIM team.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve the BIM department.
- Implement and drive new BIM programs.
- Produce 3D construction models from base design, PIDs, and scan/point cloud data.
- Provide construction detailing for automatic production of isometrics and BOMs.
- Manage clash detection on all systems.
- Design and detail services support systems.
- Develop models and reports in line with scheduling requirements.
- Produce GAs and detailing sheets.
- Develop 3D coordinated services and structure layouts for clash control.
- Produce builders works schedules and associated drawings.
- Complete material procurement schedules.
