• Manage end-to-end mechanical system deliverables, establishing safety criteria and ensuring compliance with project specifications
• Coordinate installation sequencing of pipework systems to meet scheduled dates across multi-phase construction
• Validate project commercially from estimating handover through to full technical procurement of all equipment, specialist sub-contractors and suppliers
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for all mechanical construction activities
• Assess and document changes to work scope, preparing monthly valuations and final account submissions
• Maintain direct client communications and foster productive relationships with other contractors on active sites
• Coordinate closely with contractors to ensure integrated service delivery across disciplines
