Quality Manager — Role Overview

This is a hands-on quality leadership position overseeing all QA/QC activities on-site. You will drive compliance with integrated management systems while ensuring subcontractor alignment and project-specific quality plan delivery.

Quality Manager — Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce the Integrated Management System for Quality, Safety & Environmental standards across all site operations
• Plan and execute quality audits and inspections to verify control implementation
• Drive understanding and adherence to quality policies among all site personnel
• Develop and maintain project-specific quality plans aligned with contract requirements
• Evaluate and approve subcontractor quality systems for compliance with company standards
• Lead personnel management, staffing and scheduling for the quality function
• Champion process-driven Quality Work Management Systems across the project

Quality Manager — Ideal Candidate

Essential
• 5+ years' Quality Manager experience in construction, specifically on Commercial, Industrial, pharmaceutical or data centre projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Proven experience using Autodesk BIM360 Field software
• Track record in personnel management, staffing and scheduling
• Deep expertise in Quality Work Management Systems and process-driven delivery

Desirable
• Experience working in Northern European markets
• Additional quality certifications (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQI/IRCA)
