Quality Manager — Role Overview
This position oversees all quality systems and compliance for a major data centre project, ensuring flawless execution from groundworks through final handover. You will lead audits, manage subcontractor quality plans, and drive continuous improvement across the site team.
Quality Manager — Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
• Planning and conducting quality audits and inspections to verify quality control implementation
• Ensuring company quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained across the site
• Generating project-specific quality plans aligned with contract requirements
• Evaluating and approving subcontractor quality systems for compliance with company standards
• Liaising directly with client QA/QC representatives to resolve quality issues swiftly
• Supervising inspection reports, documentation, and Quality Records management
• Overseeing equipment calibration management activities
• Coordinating Test Pack preparation and Final Handover documentation for seamless project closeout
• Providing guidance and input to site staff to drive continuous improvement and project feasibility
Quality Manager — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
• Minimum 5+ years' experience as Quality Manager within construction, specifically on Commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, or Data Centre projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Proven experience with Autodesk BIM360 Field software
• Demonstrated capability in personnel management, staffing, and scheduling
• Process-driven mindset with deep focus on Quality Work Management Systems
Desirable:
• Experience on mission-critical or hyperscale data centre projects
• Familiarity with Finnish or Nordic construction regulations and standards
