QA/QC Engineer — Role Overview
This role sits at the heart of quality delivery for a rapidly expanding data centre programme in Finland. You will own quality planning, audits and subcontractor compliance across multi-discipline packages, ensuring world-class standards on mission-critical infrastructure.
QA/QC Engineer — Responsibilities
• Develop and implement project-specific quality plans aligned with client specifications and industry standards
• Plan and conduct systematic quality audits and inspections to verify QC implementation across all work packages
• Ensure company quality policies are understood, implemented and maintained on-site by all personnel
• Evaluate and approve subcontractor quality systems and plans for compliance with project requirements
• Liaise directly with client QA/QC representatives to resolve quality issues and maintain positive relationships
• Provide hands-on guidance to site teams to drive continuous improvement and project feasibility
• Oversee installation and commissioning quality activities across CSA, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines
• Generate comprehensive quality documentation and reports for project records and client submission
QA/QC Engineer — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Minimum 4 years' QA/QC experience in construction, with direct exposure to commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical or data centre projects
• Proven knowledge of installation and commissioning processes
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage, prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and planning capabilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction
Desirable:
• Previous data centre or critical facilities experience
• Familiarity with Finnish or Nordic construction regulations
