QA Manager — Role Overview
This pivotal quality leadership role oversees all QA systems on major data centre and industrial construction projects. You will drive compliance, manage inspection teams, and ensure seamless project handover from a technical quality perspective.
QA Manager — Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to verify QC implementation across all site activities
• Ensure company quality policies are understood, implemented and maintained on-site
• Generate project-specific quality plans aligned with client and regulatory requirements
• Audit and approve subcontractor quality systems, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Liaise directly with client QA/QC representatives to resolve quality issues proactively
• Supervise inspection teams, review reports, and manage quality documentation and records
• Oversee equipment calibration management activities and maintain compliance
• Coordinate Test Pack preparation and Final Handover documentation for seamless project closeout
• Provide technical guidance to site staff to drive continuous improvement and project feasibility
QA Manager — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
• 5+ years' QA management experience in construction, specifically within commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical or data centre projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Proven experience using Autodesk BIM360 Field software
• Demonstrated personnel management, staffing and scheduling experience
• Deep knowledge of Quality Work Management Systems and process-driven quality frameworks
Desirable:
• Nordic construction market experience
• Additional quality certifications (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, CQI/IRCA)
