Project Manager — Role Overview

You will take full ownership of project execution, working directly with the Project Director to drive milestones and maintain the highest delivery standards. This position sits at the centre of a complex, multi-stakeholder environment where your leadership directly impacts project success.

Project Manager — Responsibilities

You will:

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively across internal and external teams, clearly articulating project goals, updates, and challenges
• Develop project scopes, execution strategies, and budgets using engineering principles to drive performance and value
• Produce accurate, detailed project reports and maintain documentation to a high standard
• Provide direction to project teams, ensuring resource needs are met and deliverables achieved on time
• Update and track project data during regular reporting cycles to support performance monitoring
• Collaborate with Commercial and Senior Management teams to identify, escalate, and resolve contracting or project issues

Project Manager — Ideal Candidate

Essential:
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in construction, with exposure to large-scale projects
• Third-level qualification in Engineering or related discipline
• Strong technical background in project delivery methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) with strong reporting and presentation skills
• Highly organised with keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Desirable:
• Prior data centre or mission-critical facility experience
