Project Director — Role Overview
As Project Director, you will lead and coordinate all project aspects, ensuring the safe, timely, and on-budget delivery of fully integrated builds. You will set clear direction for the project team, manage quality, and ensure adherence to all EHS requirements.

You will be responsible for:

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Engineering Degree or recognized trade qualification
- 10+ years’ experience managing large construction projects as a General Contractor
- Thorough knowledge of Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages
- Flexibility in working patterns
- Ability to efficiently manage a team through clear expectations, delegation, and review
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to work on own initiative with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Close attention to detail
- Good team-working skills
