This Office Manager role is crucial for maintaining efficient office operations and supporting the senior management team. You will contribute to the seamless execution of administrative, payroll, and IT functions.

Office Manager — Responsibilities

As Office Manager, you will:

  • Manage all office systems, procedures, and facilities.
  • Coordinate and order office supplies.
  • Manage the Administration, Payroll, and Time Management team.
  • Organize data in spreadsheets, generate reports, and manage paperwork.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure timely procurement of IT supplies and hardware.
  • Manage office-related service agreements.
  • Attend meetings, document minutes, and distribute to relevant parties.
  • Provide secretarial support to the senior leadership team, including client correspondence and presentation preparation.
  • Manage staff travel and accommodation needs.
  • Maintain office policies in conjunction with HR.

Office Manager — Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as an administrative assistant supporting senior management in a busy office environment.
  • Qualification in Business, Level 5 or higher.
  • Experience working in a busy construction environment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint).
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • The ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise good judgment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Both English and German language skills.
