Integration Supervisor — Role Overview
You will drive the seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems on a complex data centre project. This role sits at the heart of site operations—translating design intent into coordinated installation, managing subcontractor interfaces, and ensuring programme milestones are met without compromising safety or quality.
Integration Supervisor — Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-trade integration of MEP and architectural services to eliminate clashes and programme delays
- Develop and maintain rolling two-week lookahead schedules, tracking progress against master programme
- Chair daily DAB meetings and issue weekly progress reports with actionable intelligence for senior leadership
- Supervise installation works, enforcing quality standards and verifying workmanship across all disciplines
- Manage subcontractor performance—scope adherence, resource allocation, and schedule compliance
- Control plant, materials, and logistics: certify equipment safety, coordinate deliveries, and maintain specification compliance
- Drive HSEQ culture through toolbox talks, safety briefings, and active hazard identification
- Report variations, delays, and risks with recommended mitigations to protect programme and margin
- Support commissioning and handover activities to ensure defect-free project delivery
Integration Supervisor — Ideal Candidate
Essential
- Third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Proven track record as Integration Supervisor or similar within M&E contracting
- Direct experience in telecoms infrastructure projects
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and scheduling
- Demonstrated organisational, communication, and time management capabilities

- Previous data centre project exposure
- Familiarity with critical environment construction protocols
