As an ICT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of telecommunications infrastructure cabling projects. You will manage site operations, project schedules, and costs, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

As ICT Project Manager, you will:
- Manage client expectations and specifications for telecommunications infrastructure cabling.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Manage project schedules and track progress against deadlines.
- Control all project costs, including labor, materials, procurement, plant, equipment, variations, and valuations.
- Manage subcontractor activities, tracking progress and staffing levels.
- Attend site meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Develop and implement company procedures for telecoms infrastructure projects.
- Ensure change management is handled correctly, addressing cost and program implications.
- Close out project items, including final accounts, O&M manuals, punch lists, safety files, QA files, material and plant relocations, and project plans.
- Undertake other duties associated with the role.
ICT Project Managers - Structured Cabling — Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar ICT Project Manager role.
- Extensive experience with telecommunications infrastructure cabling.
- Strong computer skills (Windows, MS Office).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to travel freely between European countries.
- Telecoms Industry Certification (Desirable).
