Health and Safety Manager — Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to join our team on multiple turnkey data centre projects across Europe. This position will be site-based in Helsinki, Finland.
Health and Safety Manager — Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the Project management team and Site Health & Safety lead in adhering to the project's safety management system and relevant safety regulations. Key responsibilities include: Review method statements, risk assessments, and permits; conduct regular site audits and inspections; ensure compliance with EHS policies; coordinate training and induction; compile Toolbox talks; assist in accident investigations.
Health and Safety Manager — Ideal Candidate
Candidates should possess a relevant third level degree qualification in Health & Safety and have 3+ years of experience on large construction sites. A thorough knowledge of current environmental, health and safety legislation, strong communication and computer skills, and flexibility in working patterns are essential.
