We are seeking an Energy Marshall to lead critical energy isolation programs at a major data centre campus in Kirkkonummi, Finland. This is a hands-on technical leadership role managing high-voltage electrical infrastructure from 20kVA systems through to final LV circuits on one of Europe's most significant digital infrastructure projects.

Energy Marshall — Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of construction, commissioning, and operational safety for MEP systems across a multi-facility data centre campus. You will own the end-to-end energy isolation program, ensuring safe working conditions for hundreds of workers while directly shaping how hazardous energy is controlled at scale.
Energy Marshall — Responsibilities
• Own and execute the complete MEP energy isolation program across assigned site locations, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures
• Review and validate all documentation including procedures, job hazard analysis, and permits to establish safe working conditions for construction, commissioning, maintenance, and operations activities
• Partner with construction and commissioning teams to test and validate installation, operation, and performance of MEP systems under safe isolation protocols
• Manage electrical infrastructure across the data centre campus, from single large-capacity facilities to multiple smaller installations
• Chair weekly permit/LOTO meetings with vendors and stakeholders, maintaining rigorous control of hazardous energy processes
• Design and deliver training programs for new and existing employees on Energy Isolation processes and procedures
• Collaborate with Environmental, Health and Safety teams to drive operational excellence in Control of Hazardous Energy
• Exercise direct technical authority over systems from 20kVA through to final low-voltage circuits
Energy Marshall — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
• Demonstrable experience managing energy isolation programs in complex industrial, construction, or data centre environments
• Deep technical knowledge of electrical systems from medium voltage (20kVA) through to low-voltage distribution
• Proven expertise in Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and hazardous energy control
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience chairing safety-critical meetings
• Training delivery experience with ability to embed procedural compliance across diverse teams
• Understanding of construction, commissioning, and operational phases of MEP systems
Desirable:
• Data centre or critical infrastructure experience
• Formal electrical qualifications or trade background
• Finnish or broader Nordic market experience
