Electrical Supervisor — Role Overview

As Electrical Supervisor, you will work closely with the project management and delivery team, ensuring that project KPIs are achieved. You will play a crucial role in overseeing electrical installations and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Electrical Supervisor — Responsibilities

As Electrical Supervisor, you will:

  • Work closely with the project management & delivery team to ensure EHS, QAQC, Schedule & Commercial KPIs are achieved.
  • Ensure supply chain partners are aware of & aligned with the project expectations.
  • Ensure work locations are prepared & works undertaken in line with RAMS & SPA’s.
  • Attend & participate in Collaborative Planning, Last Planner, DABS & daily Whiteboard meetings.
  • Enforce company COHE procedures with supply chain partners.
  • Oversee construction power installation, maintenance & usage.
  • Monitor & report on supply chain partner resource levels & ensure shortfalls are actioned.
  • Provide input into development of baseline & target schedules & delivery storyboards.
  • Deliver accurate weekly progress updates & forecasts to the site planning team in line with project schedule KPI’s
  • Work closely with the Electrical Project Manager to ensure the ‘Bringing Quality 2 Life initiative’ is implemented successfully on site.

Electrical Supervisor — Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years previous experience in supervisory works
  • Experience working with an Electrical/Mechanical contractor
  • Proven record of co-ordinating and managing projects
  • A trade qualification
  • Good Computer skills in word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Fluent English
  • Flexible to travel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well within a friendly team
  • Career driven, ambitious and enthusiastic
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
  • Ability to drive small & large-scale projects in a live environment
  • A construction background
  • Good Computer skills - Windows, MS Office
