Electrical Junior Engineer — Role Overview
This Electrical Junior Engineer position is crucial for ensuring quality and compliance on complex construction projects. You will support the management and implementation of quality standards, working closely with clients and subcontractors.
Electrical Junior Engineer — Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Supervising the communications contractor and their installation works.
- Managing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s multidiscipline quality ISO standards.
- Developing and maintaining quality plans, manuals, documents, and systems.
- Working with clients to ensure their Quality standards and procedures are successfully submitted, approved, and implemented against agreed timelines.
- Completing audits.
- Advising Management on QA issues.
- Ensuring that all documentation and certification is complete and checked prior to final handover.
- Attending and co-ordinating frequent meetings with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Electrical Junior Engineer — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good planning skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline.
Desirable:
- A relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification
- Proven experience on large-scale projects
