EHS Administrator — Role Overview

This EHS Administrator role is crucial for maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance across projects. You will contribute to the smooth operation of EHS processes by managing documentation, monitoring systems, and providing administrative support to the EHS team.

EHS Administrator — Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Checking BIM for all projects, including audits, errors, and missing information.
  • Preparing minutes of team meetings and assigning issues.
  • Generating and distributing PowerBI reports bi-weekly.
  • Supporting the maintenance of the mobile plant register.
  • Assisting in preparing EHS presentations and meeting minutes.
  • Maintaining attendance lists for meetings and training sessions.
  • Monitoring subcontractor EHS documentation on BIM360.
  • Analyzing the Datascope system for inductions and site documentation.
  • Updating the EHS kiosk.
  • Monitoring the EHS Safety League based on subcontractor documentation.
  • Conducting SMBWAs.
  • Maintaining BIM 360 folders.
  • Distributing lessons learned to team members.
  • Managing and monitoring emails.
  • Checking in with EHS Leads bi-weekly.
  • Ensuring EHS Leads submit required information monthly.
  • Assisting with client requirements management.
  • Sharing and gathering company information.
  • Monitoring the LMS for projects.

EHS Administrator — Ideal Candidate

Essential:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a busy team
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in Construction Operations
