CSA Supervisor — Role Overview
You will direct all CSA operations on a large-scale critical infrastructure project, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to deliver to exacting standards. This position carries full site operational responsibility from set-up through final handover.
CSA Supervisor — Responsibilities
• Manage coordination of Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages across all project phases
• Direct day-to-day site operations with full accountability for programme delivery
• Lead site safety management in partnership with safety personnel, from set-up through close-out
• Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Drive project schedule execution alongside Planners, Project Managers and design consultants
• Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, conducting regular progress meetings and manpower tracking
• Review construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildability
• Maintain comprehensive site documentation to project and client requirements
• Chair and contribute to site meetings, engineering reviews, planning sessions and handover meetings
• Execute change management protocols, documenting cost and programme impacts
• Produce, distribute and close out CSA snag lists
• Support project close-out including Final Account, Punch List completion and safety/QA file compilation
CSA Supervisor — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
• Degree in Engineering OR equivalent demonstrable work experience
• Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in CSA supervision
• Proven track record delivering large-scale CSA projects
• Demonstrated experience supervising civils, fit-out, roofing and cladding packages
• Ability to lead and manage a team of CSA personnel
• Strong communication, numeracy and problem-solving capabilities
Desirable:
• Data centre or critical infrastructure project experience
• Previous work in Finland or Nordic region
