CSA Supervisor — Role Overview
As CSA Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality standards. You will manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and maintain comprehensive site documentation.
CSA Supervisor — Responsibilities
As CSA Supervisor, you will:
- Manage site safety in conjunction with the Safety Advisor, including safety file management.
- Manage subcontractor activities, tracking progress, manpower levels, and production rates.
- Maintain a daily site diary with subcontractor resource levels, work fronts, and photographic evidence.
- Manage site QA, including file setup, inspections, and checklist records.
- Manage the snagging system and implement weekly close outlook ahead.
- Coordinate between CSA subcontractors and interfaces with other subcontractors and operations.
- Monitor project program and align subcontractors to program requirements.
- Report on site events with commercial impact to the CSA Manager.
- Issue internal weekly progress reports, including orders, materials, and labor levels.
- Schedule material deliveries and track critical deliveries.
CSA Supervisor — Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
Essential:
- 7-10 years of experience in civil works or fit-out.
- Proven experience supervising large installation projects.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
- Good technical knowledge of CSA systems.
- Good IT skills.
Desirable:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well within strict deadlines.
- Ability to drive large-scale projects.
