CSA Site Supervisor — Role Overview
As CSA Site Supervisor, you will manage site safety, subcontractor activities, and quality assurance. Your contributions will be vital to ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
CSA Site Supervisor — Responsibilities
As CSA Site Supervisor, you will:
- Manage site safety in conjunction with the Safety Advisor, including safety file management.
- Manage subcontractor activities, tracking progress, manpower levels, and production rates.
- Maintain a daily site diary with subcontractor resource levels and active work fronts, including photographic evidence.
- Manage site QA, including file setup, management, and close out, with continuous inspection of subcontractor work.
- Manage the snagging system, ensuring weekly punch lists are returned and a weekly close outlook is implemented.
- Coordinate site activities between all disciplines and interfaces with subcontractors and operations.
- Maintain knowledge of the project program and coordinate with subcontractors to align with program requirements.
- Report weekly on site events with commercial impact to Package Managers.
- Issue internal weekly progress reports, including orders placed, materials expected, and labor levels.
- Schedule material deliveries to correspond with the project schedule and track critical deliveries.
- Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, and handover meetings.
- Assist with package/project close out of all project items, including O&M manuals, punch lists, and safety/QA files.
- Assist with the management of all costs associated with the package, including the project team, subcontractors, materials, plant, and equipment.
CSA Site Supervisor — Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7-10 years of experience in civil works or fit-out.
- A proven record of supervising and involvement in large installation projects.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
- Experience in design and build projects.
- Good technical knowledge of CSA systems.
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well within strict deadlines.
- Ability to drive a large-scale project.
