CSA Site Supervisor — Role Overview

As CSA Site Supervisor, you will manage subcontractor activities, ensure site safety, and maintain quality assurance standards. Your role is critical to keeping the project on schedule and within budget.

CSA Site Supervisor — Responsibilities

As CSA Site Supervisor, you will:

  • Manage site safety in conjunction with the Safety Advisor.
  • Manage subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.
  • Maintain a daily site diary with subcontractor resource levels and active work fronts, including photographic evidence.
  • Manage site QA, including setup, management, and closeout of files; continuously inspect subcontractor work.
  • Manage the snagging system and implement weekly close outlook ahead.
  • Manage site coordination between CSA subcontractors and interfaces with other subcontractors.
  • Maintain knowledge of the project program and coordinate with subcontractors to align with program requirements.
  • Report any site events with commercial impact to the CSA Manager.
  • Issue internal weekly progress reports.
  • Schedule material deliveries and track critical deliveries.
  • Attend site meetings, project reviews, and coordination meetings.
  • Assist with package/project closeout of all project items.
  • Assist with the management of all costs associated with your package.

CSA Site Supervisor — Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7-10 years of experience in civil works or fit-out.
  • Proven record of supervising large installation projects.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety.
  • Experience in design and build projects.
  • Good technical knowledge of CSA systems.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within strict deadlines.
  • Ability to drive a large-scale project.
