Role Overview
We are seeking a CSA Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Data Centre team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will take full commercial responsibility and ownership for the project, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining relationships and maximizing commercial returns.
What You Will Do
- Integrate and amend commercial strategy as the project develops. - Administer and represent the company on commercial and contractual issues. - Prepare tenders, analyze and finalize subcontractor orders. - Manage financials and complete Final Accounts. - Maintain project risk/opportunity plan and monitor for changes.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience as a CSA Senior Quantity Surveyor on high-tech construction projects. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to manage people and situations sensitively. - Commercially inventive and astute. - Effective time management and negotiation skills.
