CSA Project Manager — Role Overview
As CSA Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all civil, structural, and architectural elements of assigned projects. You will develop and implement project strategies, manage teams, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
CSA Project Manager — Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Liaising with key Stakeholders to deliver all aspects of assigned projects.
- Developing Project Execution strategies.
- Developing site logistics (demobilisation / mobilisation) plans.
- Developing and implementing Project Schedules in accordance with key milestones, co-ordinating with all trades and CSA works.
- Developing and implementing Project costs and budget plans.
- Reviewing, signing-off and implementing Project Quality plans and procedures.
- Reviewing, signing-off and implementing Project EHS Management plan.
- Managing and motivating Project construction and Engineering teams.
- Selecting and appointing Project Sub-contractors and Supply chain in conjunction with Project teams and specifications.
- Overseeing Project cost / revenue control and reporting performance and issuing weekly reports on same.
CSA Project Manager — Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ideally 7+ years’ experience
- Ability to demonstrate building strong working relationships & stakeholder management.
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good oral & written communication skills
