As CSA Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all civil, structural, and architectural elements of assigned projects. You will work closely with key stakeholders, manage project teams, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and budget requirements.
CSA Project Manager — Responsibilities
As CSA Project Manager, you will:
- Liaise with key stakeholders to deliver all CSA aspects of assigned projects.
- Develop project execution strategies and site logistics plans.
- Develop and implement project schedules, coordinating with all trades and CSA works.
- Develop and implement project costs and budget plans.
- Review, sign-off, and implement project quality and EHS management plans.
- Manage and motivate project construction and engineering teams.
- Develop and monitor material procurement schedules.
- Select and appoint project subcontractors and supply chain.
- Oversee project cost/revenue control and report performance.
- Manage the coordination of civil, structural, and architectural work packages.
CSA Project Manager — Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10-15+ years of experience in the construction sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or other relevant degree.
- Leadership ability (team building, coaching, mentoring, change management, advising).
- Multi-tasking ability (prioritize, organize, schedule work).
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in use of systems software related to engineering functions.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Familiarity with Project/Primavera planning software and CAD/BIM process.
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize.
