CSA Package Manager — Role Overview
You will take full ownership of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work package, with specific responsibility for roofing and cladding delivery. This is a site-based management position where your technical expertise and leadership directly shape project outcomes.
CSA Package Manager — Responsibilities
• Manage full coordination of the Civil and Structural work package, with dedicated focus on roofing and cladding delivery
• Oversee all day-to-day site operations and maintain direct control of subcontractor activities
• Track subcontractor progress against programme, monitor manpower levels and chair weekly progress meetings
• Ensure all subcontractor documentation, including safety records, is current and properly filed
• Manage site QA processes in partnership with the project team
• Drive project scheduling and sequencing alongside the Planner, Project Managers, subcontractors and consulting engineers/architects
• Represent the package at site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning sessions and handover meetings
CSA Package Manager — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years' CSA industry experience
• Proven track record managing roofing and/or cladding packages
• Demonstrable experience in scheduling, programming and sequencing
• Team management experience with ability to maintain project overview while handling technical detail
Desirable:
• Large-scale MEP project delivery experience
