CSA Package Manager (Fit-out) — Role Overview
You will take full ownership of the CSA fit-out work package, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver on schedule and to specification. This is a pivotal site-based role where your technical expertise and leadership directly impact project success.
CSA Package Manager (Fit-out) — Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) fit-out work package from inception to completion
• Oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and quality-driven delivery
• Lead site QA processes in collaboration with the project team and external inspectors
• Develop and manage project schedules alongside Planners, Project Managers and design consultants
• Track subcontractor progress, manpower levels and programme adherence through weekly progress meetings
• Maintain strategic project overview while resolving detailed technical challenges
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of services within fit-out works
• Drive programming, sequencing and resource planning to meet milestone deadlines

Essential:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related discipline
• Minimum 7 years' CSA industry experience with proven track record
• Strong background managing general fit-out works on complex projects

• Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary site teams
