CSA Package Manager — Role Overview
You will take full ownership of CSA delivery, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and design interfaces to ensure programme compliance and quality standards. This is a hands-on site leadership position with direct impact on project outcomes.
CSA Package Manager — Responsibilities
• Manage full coordination of Civil and Structural work packages, ensuring integration with MEP and architectural interfaces
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and direct subcontractor activities, tracking progress, manpower, and programme compliance
• Chair weekly subcontractor meetings and commercial reviews to capture variations and ensure cost recovery
• Maintain site QA systems in conjunction with the project team, ensuring documentation and safety records are current
• Drive project scheduling alongside Planners, Project Managers, and consulting engineers, managing sequencing and programming
• Attend and contribute to Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, and Handover Meetings
• Prioritise and chase design information with the design team and project coordinator to maintain construction flow
• Review drawings, setting-out details, and builders' works drawings for services integration
• Distribute and close out CSA snags, ensuring quality completion
• Produce regular reports for the project team and maintain clear communication channels across all stakeholders
CSA Package Manager — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years' CSA industry experience with proven track record managing civil and structural packages
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale projects
• Strong scheduling, programming, and sequencing capability
• Effective team management experience with direct subcontractor leadership
• Methodical problem-solving approach with ability to balance strategic oversight and technical detail
Desirable:
• Data centre or mission-critical facility experience
• Finnish or Nordic construction market exposure
• Multilingual capabilities for international team coordination
