CSA Lead — Role Overview
You will direct the full lifecycle of CSA works from design through commissioning, managing budgets, resources, and quality performance while ensuring seamless integration with MEP and commissioning teams. CSA Lead — Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
• Leading and overseeing successful delivery of all CSA aspects from design through to completion
• Managing project budgets, costs, labour resources, and commissioning procedures
• Directing setup and implementation of CSA activities with best-practice reporting and documentation systems
• Coordinating closely with client, design teams, and project management on scope, quality, and programme alignment
• Overseeing client satisfaction through clear communication on progress, cost, and delivery milestones
• Proactively monitoring Health & Safety compliance and promoting strong safety culture
• Driving and monitoring quality performance to achieve and exceed project standards
• Supporting integration with MEP and commissioning teams to align CSA works with project interfaces

• Degree in Construction, Civil, Structural, or Engineering discipline
• Proven experience in CSA leadership role on large-scale Data Centre or industrial projects within contracting environment
