CSA Lead — Role Overview
This is a pivotal leadership position overseeing all CSA elements of a large-scale Data Centre build. You will direct technical delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure seamless integration with MEP and Commissioning teams in a complex, fast-track environment.
CSA Lead — Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of all CSA aspects from design through to completion, ensuring alignment with programme, budget, and quality targets
• Direct the setup and implementation of CSA activities, establishing best-practice reporting, documentation, and scheduling systems from project outset
• Manage project budgets, costs, labour resources, and commissioning procedures with robust tracking and forecasting
• Coordinate closely with Client, Design Teams, and Project Management on scope, quality, and programme alignment
• Oversee ongoing client satisfaction through clear communication on progress, cost, and delivery milestones
• Proactively monitor Health & Safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture across all CSA operations
• Drive quality performance to ensure project standards and client expectations are consistently achieved and exceeded
• Support integration with MEP and Commissioning teams, ensuring seamless alignment of CSA works with project interfaces
CSA Lead — Ideal Candidate
Essential:
• Degree in Construction, Civil, Structural, or Engineering discipline
• Proven experience in a CSA leadership role on large-scale Data Centre or industrial projects within a contracting environment
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and coordination of CSA works in high-technology environments
• Demonstrated leadership capability – able to delegate effectively, prioritise workloads, lead productive meetings, and act as a role model
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and relevant project management tools

• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Proactive, diligent, and solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
