CSA Construction Manager — Role Overview
This is a hands-on leadership role managing the complete CSA scope for a complex, technically demanding data centre build. You will direct a multi-disciplinary team through procurement, design coordination and installation phases on an accelerated programme.
CSA Construction Manager — Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate all Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages from procurement through to handover
• Manage, mentor and develop the CSA team including supervisors, engineers and package managers to deliver scope on time and to specification
• Oversee site safety performance in partnership with the Project Manager and dedicated Safety Team
• Champion QHSE culture across your team, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement
• Plan and monitor procurement, design, engineering and installation activities with integrated scheduling
• Develop and implement project delivery strategy for CSA works aligned with fast-track programme demands
• Support commercial team in developing Scope of Work documents and subcontract packages for enquiry and appointment
• Maintain strategic overview of entire project whilst managing technical detail and interface coordination
• Produce and manage 4-week and 12-week look-ahead programmes with accurate forecasting
CSA Construction Manager — Ideal Candidate
Essential
• Construction degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 7 years' CSA construction site experience
• Proven track record managing and completing CSA work packages successfully
• Demonstrable ability to maintain project-wide oversight whilst managing technical complexity
• Experience in scheduling, programming and sequencing including 4 and 12 week look-ahead forecasts
Desirable
• Data centre or mission-critical facility construction experience
• Fast-track project delivery background
• Previous team leadership in international or complex stakeholder environments
